  • Health and Wellbeing Alliance

    We work with the Health and Wellbeing Alliance to reduce health inequalities, improve health services and outcomes for older people and to promote wellbeing.
  • One Digital

    One Digital at Age UK helps older people to build their digital skills and have the confidence to live an included and independent life.
  • Personalised Integrated Care

    Integrated Care is a way of coordinating health and social care services to make sure they are based closely around people's needs.
  • Homeshare

    Prolonging independence by keeping older people in the home they love for longer by offering a helping hand.
  • Fit as a fiddle

    This nationwide programme championed physical activity, healthy eating and mental wellbeing for older people.
  • Malnutrition Taskforce

    A programme committed to tackling avoidable and preventable malnutrition and dehydration in older people.
  • Testing Promising Approaches to Reducing Loneliness

    Testing Promising Approaches to Reducing Loneliness is a programme run by local Age UKs to test and improve loneliness service provisions.
  • Scams Prevention and Victim Support

    The Scams Prevention and Victim Support programme aims to support older victims in London and raise awareness of scams more widely in order to help people feel more confident at being able to spot and avoid scams.
